*41  Observed bleach and other chemical cleaning solutions to be stored next to single-service articles (plastic cups) and several boxes of soda cans within the back storage area located next to the "Fountain" section of the store. Provide for all food, equipment, utensils, and single service articles to be stored either above or completely separate for all toxic chemicals. 750.1310 Immediate/Onsite
Observed no thermometer to be available in the following units: (1) walk-in cooler in the retail section and (2) the cooling unit located on the retail floor. Provide for an accurate, conspicuous thermometer, that is accurate within +/- 3°F, to be available in all units holding potentially hazardous foods. 750.140 Next Inspection
Observed the following food products to be improperly stored: (1) a package of shredded cheese located in the walk-in cooler located in the kitchen area, (2) box of Toufayou Tortilla shells located in the walk-in freezer located in the kitchen area, and (3) box of desserts located in the walk-in freezer located in the retail section. Provide for all food products to be stored at least six inches off of the floor. 750.130 Next Inspection
15  observed rust on the storage rack next to the 3 compartment sink. Provide for all food contact surfaces to be smooth, easily cleanable, non-absorbent, corrosive resistant, and light colored. 750.690 Next Inspection
23  Observed (1) excessive food debris within the "Lincoln" heating unit food catch tray and (2) grease stains on the right hand side of its exterior. Clean and maintain. 750.800 Next Inspection
25  Observed packages of pizza boxes stored on the floor next to the near the "Lincoln" heating unit located in the kitchen.
